Terms and conditions of use

The service

PolyGrants lets students prepare a single application file (dossier) and submit it for consideration by a network of partner institutions and organisations offering scholarships, grants and placements.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and accepted these terms on your behalf where required by the law of your country.

Your account

You agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information, including in your application file and uploaded documents. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• submit false, forged or misleading information or documents;
• create an account for another person without authority, or more than one account for yourself;
• interfere with the operation or security of the service, or attempt to access data that is not yours;
• use the service for any unlawful purpose.

Our role

PolyGrants facilitates the preparation and transmission of applications. Admission, funding and selection decisions are made solely by the partner institutions and organisations concerned. We do not guarantee any admission, scholarship, grant or outcome.

Fees

The service is currently provided to students free of charge. If paid features are introduced, they will be clearly identified and subject to specific conditions communicated in advance.

Intellectual property

You retain all rights in the documents and content you upload. You grant POLYGRANTS LTD the licence strictly necessary to store, process and transmit them for the operation of the service, in accordance with the Privacy policy.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify the service and these terms; material changes will be notified in the application or by email before they take effect.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts in the circumstances described in the Account suspension policy. You may delete your account at any time as described in the Account deletion policy.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, POLYGRANTS LTD is not liable for indirect losses, loss of opportunity (including the rejection of an application), or events outside its reasonable control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
