Refund policy
Last updated: July 7, 2026
This policy explains when fees apply at PolyGrants, how they are paid, and in which cases they can be refunded.
When fees apply
Creating an account, completing an application file, and submitting it are free of charge. PolyGrants never asks for money before a candidate is admitted.
An activation fee applies only once a candidate obtains a scholarship or a university placement through PolyGrants, at the moment the candidate chooses to accept that offer. The amount is communicated with the result.
How fees are paid
Fees are paid exclusively at your local PolyGrants office, against an official receipt. No one else is authorised to collect fees on behalf of PolyGrants: no agent, intermediary, or online transfer request.
If anyone asks you to pay outside a PolyGrants office, do not pay and report it immediately to support@polygrants.com.
When a refund is due
- the institution withdraws the offer before enrolment for reasons not attributable to the candidate: full refund;
- PolyGrants is unable to confirm the scholarship or placement after activation: full refund;
- a duplicate or erroneous payment: refund of the excess amount.
When a refund is not due
- the candidate withdraws after activating the offer;
- the offer is lost because the candidate provided false or misleading information or documents;
- the candidate misses deadlines set by the institution after activation.
How to request a refund
Ask at your local PolyGrants office or write to support@polygrants.com, attaching your receipt. We respond within 14 days. Approved refunds are made in the currency of the original payment.
