Access to your data

Your rights

• access: obtain a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
• rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data (much of it directly in the application);
• erasure: request deletion (see Account deletion);
• portability: receive your data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format;
• restriction: limit the processing of your data in certain circumstances;
• objection: object to processing based on legitimate interests;
• withdrawal of consent: where processing is based on consent, withdraw it at any time.

How to submit a request

Email privacy@polygrants.com from the address associated with your account, describing the right you wish to exercise. To protect your data, we verify the identity of the requester and may ask for confirmation from within the application.

Response time

We respond within one month of receiving the request. For complex or numerous requests this may be extended by two further months; you will be informed of any extension and its reasons within the first month.

If you are not satisfied

You may lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) in the United Kingdom or with the supervisory authority of your country of residence (for example the CNIL in France).
