Account suspension
Last updated: July 7, 2026
This policy describes when and how POLYGRANTS LTD may suspend an account, and how to contest a suspension.
Grounds for suspension
An account may be suspended in case of:
- submission of false, forged or misleading information or documents;
- fraud, attempted fraud, or identity usurpation;
- conduct that threatens the security or integrity of the service or of other users;
- abusive behaviour towards our staff or advisors;
- a requirement arising from law or from a competent authority.
Process
Where possible and lawful, we notify you by email before or at the time of suspension, stating the reason. In serious cases (fraud, security), suspension may be immediate and without prior notice.
Effects
During suspension, access to your account is blocked. Your data is preserved and is not deleted by the suspension itself. Pending applications may be put on hold.
Contesting a suspension
Write to legal@polygrants.com within 30 days of the notification, explaining your position and providing any supporting evidence. We respond within 14 days. Depending on the outcome, the account is reinstated or terminated in accordance with the Terms and conditions.
